1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vancouver.investments services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Vancouver.investments provides business acceleration, consulting, and advisory services including but not limited to:

• Business strategy and growth consulting
• Technology advisory and digital transformation
• Operational improvement consulting
• Market entry and expansion strategies
• Business development and partnership guidance

We are NOT financial advisors, investment advisors, or securities dealers. We do not provide financial advice or investment recommendations.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Making their own business decisions
• Consulting appropriate licensed professionals for financial, legal, and tax matters
• Implementing recommendations at their own discretion and risk

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue growth, profitability, or success. Results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Vancouver.investments remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any executed confidentiality agreements. However, we may use anonymized case studies and general insights for marketing purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Services may be suspended for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vancouver.investments' liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients assume all risks associated with business decisions and implementations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modifications.
